BIM Discipline Coordinator (m/f/d) for MEP
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and property users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning as early as Service Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll serve as the link between the BIM team and the MEP department, ensuring that digital transformation isn’t just a buzzword but becomes a lived reality. With your expertise, you’ll shape standards, empower colleagues, and drive the model-based way of working forward:
- Standard Development: Maintaining and further developing discipline-specific software standards, templates, and workflows—you set the guidelines for efficient work
- Quality assurance: Reviewing technical models for data consistency, model structure, and compliance with modeling guidelines
- Digital Empowerment: Training and supporting colleagues in the use of specialized software and digital tools—you empower others
- Interface Coordination: Collaborating with the BIM team to harmonize standards, data structures, and processes across all disciplines
- Innovation: Participating in research and development initiatives in the areas of digitalization and BIM, as well as evaluating new software solutions
- Technical Administration: Defining hardware requirements and coordinating with IT regarding licenses, data security, and software updates
Your Profile
Are you passionate about digital work methods and eager to share your knowledge? Do you think in terms of processes, maintain a broad overview, and find solutions that really work? Then you’re a perfect fit for us:
- Completed training in building services engineering (utility or electrical engineering) with relevant experience in MEP planning, BIM methodology, or technical model coordination
- Proficiency with specialized software such as Plancal-Nova, DDS-Cad, or Linear-Revit, as well as BIM tools such as Solibri, Dalux, Speckle, or BIM 360
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructures, license management, and data management systems
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical content clearly
- Persuasiveness, facilitation skills, and a passion for collaborating with various disciplines
