BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to LIST’s construction companies. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the team in the digital planning and execution of our projects—right in the thick of things, not just on the sidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating 3D models: You’ll align the models from all technical disciplines within the project and maintain an overview.
- Recording and monitoring corrections: You’ll identify conflicts, document them, and track their resolution together with the project team.
- Point of contact for all stakeholders: You’ll be the first point of contact for everything related to the BIM-enabled project environment (CDE)—for both internal and external project participants.
- Further developing BIM standards: You continuously evaluate existing standards and contribute new ideas.
Your Profile

- Completed training as a architectural draftsman or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of BIM methodology and experience with BIM coordination tools is a plus
- An affinity for model-based planning and a passion for digital solutions
