At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies of the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. We begin planning as early as Service Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
Buildings are created twice: once as a model, and once in reality. As a BIM modeler at LIST Ingenieure, you’ll be involved from the very beginning—ensuring that the digital foundation is solid. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- BIM Modeling: You’ll create detailed 3D building models based on plans and details—for projects in multi-story construction as well as commercial and industrial construction.
- Plan Generation: You generate 2D plans from the 3D model: floor plans, sections, elevations, and details—precisely labeled, dimensioned, and documented.
- Quality assurance: You’ll ensure that drawings are up to date, the model is consistent, and data quality is maintained throughout all project phases.
- Quantity takeoff: You create lists and reports for bidding and cost estimation.
- Teamwork: You coordinate with specialist planners, participate in planning meetings, and actively contribute to the further development of our standards.
- Shaping the Future: You’ll support us in developing AI-based planning aids and digital tools.
Your Profile
Do you have a keen sense of space, structure, and detail—and know that a clean model is half the battle? Then you’ve come to the right place. You bring the following:
- You have completed training as a architectural draftsman or woman (or equivalent, e.g., as a structural draftsman or woman).
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in BIM planning.
- You’re proficient in ArchiCAD, Dalux, and MS Office.
- You have strong spatial awareness and a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- You’re self-organized, can keep track of multiple projects at once, and have a knack for technology.
- You’re a true team player and communicate clearly—with specialist planners, architects, and project managers.
