Architectural Draftsman / BIM Modeler for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
You’re the kind of person who doesn’t just finish a model—you always find one more little detail that makes it better. That’s exactly what we’re looking for. At LIST, we don’t use BIM as a mandatory exercise, but as a real tool. And you’ll be part of the team that continues to develop it. Here’s what you can expect:
- Modeling: You’ll create detailed 3D building models based on plans, details, and specifications—always in accordance with AIA and BAP standards.
- Plan Generation: You’ll derive 2D plans—floor plans, sections, elevations, and details—from the 3D model and create clean plan layouts.
- Quality Assurance: You’ll be responsible for drawing quality, timeliness, version control, documentation, and drawing output.
- Coordination: Work closely with discipline specialists, project management, and BIM coordinators—including participation in planning meetings.
- Quantity Takeoff: Door and room lists, gross floor area (GFA), gross building area (GBA), and other calculations for building permits, bids, and cost estimates are part of your daily routine.
- Model Maintenance: You keep BIM models and drawing documents up to date throughout all project phases.
Your Profile
You have a trained eye for detail and know that a good model isn’t finished until absolutely everything is right. What to expect:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a architectural draftsman or architectural draftswoman
- Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience
- You’re proficient in ArchiCAD—and you know what you can do with it
- You’re truly passionate about 3D modeling—not just on paper
