MEP Estimator (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering / Utility Systems
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building occupants. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building occupants. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
You bring numbers and people together. The following tasks are part of your daily routine:
- Cost Estimation: Independently estimating costs for MEP projects—depending on your technical focus in HVAC or electrical engineering
- Concept Development: Developing and comparing MEP concepts during the cost estimation phase
- Cost-Effectiveness: Presenting and evaluating cost-effectiveness concepts
- Sales & Consulting: Actively supporting the sales team and providing direct consulting to clients during the design phase
- Contract Drafting: Assisting in the drafting of contracts with building owners and conducting price negotiations with subcontractors
Your Profile
A knack for numbers combined with persuasive skills—that’s you. You bring the following experience and knowledge to the table:
- A degree in engineering or a technical degree in electrical engineering or utility engineering—or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of cost estimation or a strong aptitude for it
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and a confident demeanor in a sales environment
- A solution-oriented and self-directed approach, as well as creativity in conceptual work
- A strong aptitude for numbers and a passion for teamwork
