Your Responsibilities

- Leading MEP teams: You’ll independently coordinate internal and external project teams—and ensure that everyone is on the same page
- Serving as the point of contact: You’ll be the central point of contact for building owners and specialist engineers—reliable, clear, and solution-oriented
- Supporting the bidding process: You’ll assist with the bidding and awarding of MEP contracts—from preparation through to completion
- Taking responsibility: Quality, deadlines, costs, and budget—you keep an eye on everything and actively take corrective action to address deviations
- Further developing structures: You actively contribute to change processes and help improve our internal workflows
Your Profile
Do you love technology and stay on top of things even when faced with complex requirements? Great! With this background, you’re a perfect fit for us:
- Technician/Master Craftsman in electrical or building services engineering, or a journeyman with professional experience
- Professional experience in the planning and implementation of building services systems, preferably also at contractors
- An independent, structured, and performance-oriented work style
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency with software relevant to the field
