Specialized MEP Construction Manager (m/f/d) – Building Refurbishment
LIST BiB is one of the general contractors within the List Gruppe. Our specialty: We perform building refurbishment. This transforms outdated and often long-vacant sites into new hubs. When specialists are needed—for example, in digital asset inventory, planning services, or sustainability consulting—we draw on expertise from other LIST companies.

Your Responsibilities

- Independent management and coordination of internal and external MEP project teams
- Serving as the point of contact for building owners and client-side engineering specialists
- Supporting the bidding process and awarding contracts for MEP work
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, and budget
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely be able to hit the ground running with us:
- Technician/master craftsman in electrical or building services engineering, or a journeyman with professional experience
- Professional experience in the planning and execution of building services systems, preferably also with contractors
- An independent, structured, and performance-oriented approach to work
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency with software relevant to the job
- Willingness to travel extensively during the week
