Specialized Construction Manager (m/f/d) for HVAC

Your Responsibilities
- Specialized construction management for building services (electrical or utility systems)
- Representing our interests as a general contractor in dealings with subcontractors and clients
- Monitoring quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs
- Trade-specific coordination on the construction site
- Project support during the warranty period
Your Profile
- Senior Electrician, Master Electrician, or Technician in Electrical Engineering/Utility Systems, or comparable training
- Relevant experience in the implementation of building services systems
- Technical expertise in electrical or utility engineering
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and creativity
- Sense of responsibility and self-organization
- Willingness to travel extensively during the week
