Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for Building Services Engineering
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we can best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there are no stupid questions. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us plan better real estate!
