Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for Tendering and Contracting for ELT
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies of the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with various project teams and apply your electrical engineering expertise exactly where it’s needed:
- Bidding: Preparing complete and precise bid documents for electrical engineering services
- Contract Award: Supporting contract award processes—from the initial inquiry to the final decision
- Quantity Surveying: Independently determining quantities and developing templates and bills of quantities
- Cost control: Cost estimation based on the request for proposals and ongoing cost tracking
Your Profile
You’re not just familiar with electrical engineering from textbooks—you know how tenders work in practice. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in electrical engineering, MEP, or a related field
- Experience in the tendering and awarding of electrical engineering contracts
- Proficiency with AVA software, ideally RIB iTWO
- A structured, independent work style with an eye for costs and a passion for teamwork
