Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll work in very close contact with construction and project management as well as the cost estimation department. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks, among others:
- Precise and detailed preparation of specifications in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines
- Working closely with all project stakeholders to accurately identify requirements and incorporate them into the specifications
- Quality assurance by reviewing the specifications for completeness and accuracy
- Supporting the cost estimation team in quantity takeoff and the preparation of bid estimates
Your Profile
You’re eager to support our team and round out your profile with the following experience and skills:
- Completed training in the construction industry, e.g., as a drafting technician, construction technician, or a relevant degree, e.g., in civil engineering or architecture
- Basic knowledge and experience in preparing specifications, ideally using common tendering software (e.g., iTWO)
- Experience collaborating with colleagues in the cost estimation department
- A precise and structured approach to work, along with a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in gradually developing your skills in cost estimation and taking on more responsibility
