Your Responsibilities
You’ll support our team in cost and quantity take-offs for functionally specified building construction projects and will also assist throughout the construction phase. In doing so, you’ll work in very close contact with construction and project management as well as the procurement department. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, the following tasks:
- Tendering subcontractor services in the field of turnkey commercial building construction and assisting with the awarding of contracts
- Clarifying technical questions and assisting with bid evaluation
- Developing special proposals
- Preparing construction sites after contract award
- Assisting with the preparation of contract amendments
Your Profile
You’re eager to support our team, and your profile is rounded out by the following experience and skills:
- Completed training in the construction industry, e.g., as a drafting technician or construction technician, or a relevant degree, e.g., in civil engineering or architecture
- Basic knowledge and experience in preparing specifications, ideally using common tendering software (e.g., iTWO)
- A precise and structured approach to work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and an open-minded personality
