Your Responsibilities
Working closely with project management, you’ll coordinate the planning processes to ensure that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate planning: You’ll coordinate the planning for our turnkey projects.
- Close coordination: You’ll work closely with the project team, internal and external planners, and the client to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensuring Implementation: You ensure that the planned scope is implemented on time and in accordance with quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Focus on optimization: You regularly review and optimize the planning concepts in terms of costs, schedules, and quality.
Your Profile
Do you always keep the big picture in mind and manage to maintain an overview even during peak project periods? With the following skills and experience, you can help our team move forward:
- A successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant professional experience in planning or project coordination in the field of turnkey construction
- Proficiency with CAD programs (BIM)
- Organizational skills with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A structured and independent work style
