LIST Bau Nordhorn is one of the general contractors within the LIST Gruppe. The LIST Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting with one another as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary exchange among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
