Your Responsibilities
Together with project leadership and planning management, you’ll steer the entire planning process—with a long-term vision:
- Coordination: Bothinternally and externally, you’ll serve as the central point of contact—for planners, architectural firms, and subcontractors.
- Support: You’ll assist the project and construction management teams and actively participate in client meetings.
- Contract Compliance: You’ll keep a close eye on contractual planningrequirements —including deadlines.
- Control: You reliably manage and monitorplanning processes and deadlines.
- Support: You oversee building permit applications from submission through approval—reliably and with the necessary overview.
Your Profile
Do you maintain a clear overview even during peak periods without losing sight of deadlines or details? Then you’re a great fit for us:
- A degree in architecture
- Experience as a planner, construction manager, or in an implementation role within architecture
- Proficiency in MS Office and some experience with BIM
- A structured, holistic approach to work
