Part-Time Team Assistant (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
Behind every successful construction project is a team that keeps everything running smoothly. As a Team Assistant, you’re exactly that person: You ensure that procurement processes run smoothly, meetings are well-prepared, and everyone involved knows what’s coming next. What to expect:
- Bidding Documents: You’ll play an active role in creating and preparing documents for the bidding process for technical trades.
- Subcontractor Liaison: You’ll maintain contact with subcontractors, prepare specifications, send them out, and keep the data up to date.
- Price Comparison: You will systematically evaluate bids and compile them into a price comparison.
- Communication: As the point of contact, you will coordinate between internal teams and external service providers regarding MEP procurement.
- Documentation: You will systematically maintain and manage documents, deadlines, and processes.
Your Profile
You’re someone who doesn’t just like structure—you live by it—and you keep a clear overview even when things get hectic:
- A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship forms the foundation of your background
- Initial experience in an assistant or coordination role, ideally in the construction or planning sector
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good sense of priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Enjoy working as part of a team
