Documentation Manager (m/f/d)
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Drawing on our technical and market expertise, we make the right decisions at the right time. This enables us to ensure short lines of communication.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors, as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting with each other as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary exchange among colleagues and believe there are no stupid questions. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us with the construction of better real estate!
Your Responsibilities
Complete documentation, accurate records, zero gaps—you’ll make sure of that. As a Documentation Manager (m/f/d) at LIST, you’ll keep track of all partner companies on our construction sites and ensure that deadlines, documents, and approvals are always in order. Specifically, this means:
- Checking & Tracking: You’ll review project- and site-specific documentation from partner companies for completeness, timeliness, and plausibility.
- Keeping an Eye on Deadlines: You monitor submission deadlines and actively follow up on missing documents—in a friendly but firm manner.
- Documentation: You ensure audit-proof filing and continue to maintain templates and documentation structures.
- Team Support: You assist construction site teams with document approvals and participate in project launches and kick-off meetings.
- Point of Contact: You serve as the point of contact for site management, project management, procurement, and external partners—from government agencies to the workers’ compensation association.
- Escalation: If supporting documents are missing or defects arise, you initiate clearly defined escalation procedures.
Your Profile
You’re someone who not only likes order but actively creates it—and doesn’t shy away from interacting with people:
- You have completed vocational training, ideally in a field related to administration, organization, or documentation.
- You have some initial professional experience in a similar environment—or the clear determination to quickly get up to speed.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner—even when multiple projects are on your plate at the same time.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally.
- You’re proficient with MS Office and have a good sense of deadlines and priorities.
- You have strong written and spoken German skills.
Can you keep track of everything even when deadlines, documents, and stakeholders pile up? Then you’ve come to the right place. The future of construction starts with the right people—build your career with LIST!
