Your Responsibilities
For you, data isn’t an end in itself—you want it to make a difference. At LIST, you’ll actively help shape the development of modern reporting and analytics processes: from data preparation and dashboard development to scalable data architectures. No data graveyard. Real impact. You’ll play a central role in building our data and analytics ecosystem:
- Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate data from various systems and departments, prepare it in a structured manner, and translate it into meaningful reports and dashboards—for all levels of the company
- BI Development: Build and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions that create transparency in processes, projects, and key business metrics
- Data Quality & Architecture: Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and contribute to the development of modern data architectures—from the database to the data lakehouse
- Data Models & Interfaces: Design and implement data flows, models, and interfaces between operational systems and analytics platforms
- Collaboration & Requirements: Gather and evaluate requirements from business units and translate them into robust analyses—in close coordination with product owners, business units, and IT
Your Profile
With your combination of technical expertise and process understanding, you make data actionable—for those who use it to make decisions:
- A college degree or equivalent training in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis—ideally with knowledge of data warehouse, data lake, or data lakehouse architectures
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, as well as solid SQL skills
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, or database structures is a plus—as is experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Snowflake
- A structured, analytical approach to work with a good understanding of business processes—and a commitment to making decisions more data-driven
