Your Responsibilities

You’ll shape the digital planning future of the List Gruppe—from tool strategy to concrete implementation. In this role, you’ll serve as the interface between technology, planning, and people. Here’s what you can expect:

• Product Vision & Roadmap: You’ll develop a clear strategy for our CAD and BIM tool landscape and implement it consistently
• Backlog & Prioritization: You’ll create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog—independently and with a focus on real added value
• Stakeholder Management: You’ll connect planning teams, subject matter experts, and management, ensuring everyone is on the same page
• Tool Ecosystem: You’ll evaluate CAD and BIM tools, implement them, and actively further develop interfaces between the systems
• Standards & Automation: You define group-wide standards for templates, libraries, and plugins—and drive planning automation forward
• Innovation: You’ll identify AI use cases in the planning environment and pilot them with real creative freedom

Your Profile

You have hands-on experience with construction planning and understand how planners think—and you’re passionate about digital tools and new technologies. Here’s what you bring to the table:

• You hold a degree in civil engineering, architecture, business informatics, or a comparable field
• You have 3–5 years of professional experience and have gained hands-on experience with at least one common CAD system (ArchiCAD, Revit, or Allplan)
• You have experience with BIM projects—whether in modeling, coordination, or review
• You communicate clearly, in a structured and solution-oriented manner—with designers as well as with management
• You think analytically, take initiative, and are eager to really drive things forward
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), plugin development, or planning automation is a plus—not a requirement
