Construction Engineer / Architect as Planning Manager (m/f/d) – Building Refurbishment
LIST BiB is one of the general contractors within the List Gruppe. Our specialty: We perform building refurbishment. In this way, outdated and often long-vacant sites are transformed into new hubs. When specialists are needed—for example, in digital asset inventory, planning services, or sustainability consulting—we draw on expertise from other LIST companies.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is treating everyone as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there are no stupid questions. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
