Purchasing Agent (m/f/d) for Precast Concrete Components

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for procuring precast concrete components and related services across all LIST projects and subsidiaries. This role requires precision and a keen eye for numbers:

• Strategy and Product Category Management: You’ll help shape the procurement strategy for precast concrete elements, including market analyses and the consolidation of demand across projects, locations, and companies.
• Supplier Management: You’ll maintain and expand our supplier pool and help establish new partnerships and framework agreements, always with an eye toward quality, on-time delivery, and sustainability.
• Negotiation and Contracts: You’ll actively participate in price and contract negotiations, from the initial quote to the signed delivery or installation contract.
• Operational Support: You’ll support central procurement processes in collaboration with project management and the tendering team, and serve as the point of contact when issues arise with deliveries or contract amendments.
• Sustainability and Digitalization: You’ll take DGNB and CO₂ criteria into account when selecting suppliers and drive the further development of digital procurement processes and tools.

Your Profile

You work meticulously, keep track of numbers and deadlines, and enjoy negotiating as an equal partner. With these qualifications, you’re a perfect fit for us:

• A degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Basic understanding of precast construction, manufacturing, transportation, and assembly
• Proficiency with MS Office and very good German language skills
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel for visits to plants, construction sites, and suppliers
• A structured approach to work and a passion for numbers, quotes, and collaboration
