Apprentice (m/f/d) as a Technical Systems Planner in "Utility and Equipment Technology"
At LIST Ingenieure, we offer our construction companies expert engineering services. This allows us to play a very special role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities

At LIST Ingenieure, you’ll be part of a team that collaboratively plans building services for multiple construction projects—and you’ll be involved from the very beginning. Here’s what you can expect:
- Meaningful teamwork: You’ll work in a team that’s jointly responsible for planning the building services for multiple construction projects—your contribution matters.
- 3D Design: Models, drawings, and calculations for building and systems engineering—whether plumbing, heating, ventilation, or electrical. Mostly in 3D, of course.
- On-the-job training: We’ll teach you everything you need to know—step by step, in a workday that’s never boring.
You don’t have to be a pro yet. You just have to be eager to become one.
Your Profile
No matter what you already know or can do—or can’t—the most important thing for us is that you’re a good fit for our team. That said, there are a few other things that are, of course, still important:
- You’ve earned your secondary school diploma or even your technical college entrance qualification and are ready to get started in the field
- You’re interested in anything that has anything to do with technology
- In addition to your spatial awareness, you benefit from your curiosity about new things
- You enjoy working in a team, and—just like us—you believe it’s the team spirit that makes the difference
