Your Responsibilities
Do you want to do more than just sit in on lectures—do you want to help shape real projects? At LIST Bau München, you’ll get exactly that: a spot on a team that plans turnkey construction projects from the very first number all the way through to handover. And you’ll be right in the thick of it—not on the sidelines.
You’ll support our Tendering & Contracting team on specific projects. That means:
- Quantity surveying: Calculating quantities, laying the groundwork—you’ll determine the quantities that form the basis for solid bids.
- Specifications: Creating and maintaining specifications as the foundation for a smooth contracting process.
- Subcontractor Requests: Preparing and coordinating subcontractor requests to ensure the right partners are on board at the right time.
- Day-to-day office work: General organizational tasks—because a good team sticks together.
Your Profile
The most important thing to us is that you’re a good fit for the team. In addition, you bring the following to the table:
- You’re studying civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- You’re familiar with MS Office—it’s second nature to you.
- You work independently and in an organized manner, and you stay calm even when faced with last-minute changes.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully—with us, it’s all about the tone.
