Your Responsibilities
Do you want to do more than just sit in lectures—do you want to help shape real projects? At LIST Bau München, you’ll get exactly that: a spot on a team that plans turnkey construction projects from the very first figure to handover. And you’ll be right in the thick of it—not on the sidelines.
You’ll support our cost estimation team on specific projects. That means:
- Cost Estimation & Bidding: Contributing to the cost estimation of turnkey construction projects and assisting in the preparation of indicative price quotes—including the creation of bills of quantities.
- Quantity Surveying: Calculating quantities, laying the groundwork—you determine the quantities that form the basis for sound cost estimates.
- Subcontractor Requests: Preparing and coordinating subcontractor requests to ensure the right partners are on board at the right time.
- Day-to-Day Office Work: General organizational tasks—because a good team sticks together.
Your Profile
The most important thing to us is that you’re a good fit for the team. In addition, you bring the following to the table:
- You’re studying civil engineering, architecture, or a similar field.
- You’re familiar with MS Office—it’s not new territory for you.
- You work independently and in an organized manner, and you stay calm even when faced with last-minute changes.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully—with us, it’s all about the tone.
