Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll take on leadership responsibility for your project team. Together, you’ll lead the project to success. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Independent management of the construction of turnkey office, commercial, and logistics properties
- Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services in collaboration with the procurement department
- Financial and technical responsibility for the project
- Client support and coordination with specialist engineers
- Quality, schedule, and cost control
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely be able to hit the ground running with us:
- Certified architect or civil engineer with solid experience in structural work, partial construction, and/or turnkey construction
- Above-average communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation
- A structured and independent work style
- A positive attitude
