Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for building refurbishment, you will assume overall responsibility for the financial, scheduling, and quality aspects of our building refurbishment projects. You will serve as the central point of contact (m/f/d) for all project stakeholders and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of complex construction projects
- Independent leadership and coordination of the entire project team—both internally and externally
- Independent management and monitoring of all project phases: from planning to handover
- Primary point of contact for clients, planners, authorities, and subcontractors
- Independent project controlling, including budget management, change order management, and invoice approvals
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Representing our company externally – as the face of the project/company
Your Profile
You are a true team player and lead your project team with foresight, empathy, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in construction project management, ideally with experience in building refurbishment and retrofitting
- Extensive leadership experience as well as experience managing interdisciplinary teams
- High level of decision-making authority, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and partners
- Enthusiasm for innovative processes, digitalization, and modern construction management
