Lean Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the LIST Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Drawing on our technical and market expertise, we make the right decisions at the right time. This allows us to ensure short lines of communication.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on offering the best possible real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary exchange among colleagues, and there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. In employer rankings, we consistently receive top marks and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us with the construction of better real estate!
