Your Responsibilities
Thanks to you, our construction projects will run even more smoothly—you’ll actively drive lean management forward and, among other things, be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining our Lean methods in close collaboration with the project teams
- Promoting a Lean culture through training and actively supporting your colleagues, as well as further developing our Lean methods in collaboration with LIST Construction Holding
- Using and optimizing digital tools to implement Lean concepts
- Using and further developing digital tools to implement Lean concepts and actively promoting their use within the company
Your Profile
Are you passionate about efficient processes and do you enjoy refining structures? Then you’re a perfect fit for us if you have the following:
- A completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in Lean management and construction project management
- Proficiency in Lean methods and tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to support our construction projects throughout Germany
- An independent, dedicated, and communicative work style
