Engineer as Project Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering

Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll take on leadership responsibility for your project team. Together, you’ll lead the project to success. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Focus on Bidding and Contracting: Preparing requests for proposals for earthwork, civil engineering, and road construction; soliciting bids; conducting contract negotiations; and awarding civil engineering contracts.
- Holistic project management: Managing the earthworks, civil engineering, and road construction trades, as well as overseeing the project workflow from planning through implementation.
- Coordination Required: Managing and coordinating internal and external project stakeholders.
- Construction SiteSupport: Providing on-site technical support for earthworks, civil engineering, and road construction, serving as the point of contact for the construction site team.
- Keeping an Eye on Quality: Assistance with quality, schedule, and cost control for subcontractors’ work.
- Support in Cost Estimation: Occasional involvement in cost estimation for civil engineering trades, as well as support for the cost estimation team as needed.
Your Profile
You always keep an eye on customer satisfaction, thanks to your strong service-oriented mindset. The following points round out your profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or infrastructure management, or completion of a master craftsman or technician training program
- Several years of professional experience in planning, bidding, contracting, and cost estimation in civil engineering
- A structured and independent work style, as well as cost awareness
- Proficiency with the software relevant to your field of work
- Enjoyment of working in project teams
