Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Your Responsibilities
Are you an expert in the field of specialized planning and looking to contribute your expertise? Grow with us—the following responsibilities await you:
- Planning with a Long-Term Vision: You’ll develop conceptual, design, and construction plans for our civil engineering projects.
- Coordination under control: You’ll coordinate closely with clients, government agencies, and internal and external specialist planners.
- Cost Estimation: You’ll help with the cost estimation of civil engineering services.
- Support Needed: You’ll assist in preparing specifications.
- Focus on standards: You’ll further develop standardized design details for civil engineering projects
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely get off to a great start with us:
- A degree in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, transportation planning, water resources management, or landscape architecture; or a completed master craftsman or technician training program
- Several years of professional experience in design, permitting, and construction planning
- Ideally, experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in civil engineering, outdoor facilities, and drainage planning
- Open communication, a strong work ethic, and a passion for your work
