Part-Time Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) in Controlling

Your Responsibilities
Numbers tell stories—you just know how to make them speak. At LIST Eco, you’ll combine traditional controlling with modern AI-driven workflows: You’ll provide decision-making insights that really make an impact—while automating processes that used to be time-consuming. Your responsibilities will include the following:
• KPI Analysis: Creating, preparing, and analyzing company and project metrics
• Reporting: Developing meaningful management reports and presentations for executive management and department heads
• Planning & Forecasting: Conducting plan-vs.-actual comparisons, forecasts, and business analyses
• Business Consulting: Supporting the Controlling department with economic issues and analyses
• Process optimization: Identifying opportunities for improvement in controlling and reporting processes
• AI Workflows: Developing and implementing AI-powered automation using our Langdock platform—for less routine work and greater impact
• Digitalization: Collaborating with Controlling, Financial Accounting, and business units to further develop internal processes
• Further Development: Continuous improvement of reporting, analysis, and automation solutions
Your Profile
You have controlling expertise and are eager to actively
? Then you’ve come to the right place:
• Completed business apprenticeship or degree with a focus on Controlling, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of key business metrics
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a passion for creating professional management presentations
• Interest in digital transformation, process optimization, and the use of artificial intelligence
• Initial experience with automation tools or AI applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Langdock, or Claude) is a plus
• A structured, self-directed work style and a passion for collaborating with various departments
