Architect
You’ll create designs and construction drawings, and you’ll also oversee projects through to completion. At LIST, you’ll work right on the construction site—your plans will become a reality. And you’ll be right in the thick of things.

Planning Manager
You’ll oversee the entire planning process—from coordinating all stakeholders to ensuring quality control. You’ll keep track of deadlines, costs, and goals, and ensure that planning and execution flow seamlessly together—for both new construction and existing buildings.

Project Manager
You’ll be responsible for projects from the initial concept through to handover—working directly with clients, government agencies, and internal teams. Regardless of your trade, you’ll maintain an overview and be responsible for planning within your area of expertise.

Specialist Planner
You’ll contribute your specialized knowledge—whether in MEP engineering, civil engineering, or structural engineering. You’ll develop plans, prepare specifications, and participate in the contracting process. Your area of expertise is your strength—at LIST, you can put it to full use.

Technical Systems Planner
You’ll create models in the BIM process, produce 2D and 3D drawings, and assist with specifications and quantity takeoffs. You’ll work as part of a team to further develop digital planning processes—and actively contribute your ideas.
