Your Responsibilities

Do you want to do more than just sit in on lectures—do you want to help shape real projects? At LIST Bau München, that’s exactly what you’ll get: a spot on a team that plans turnkey construction projects from the very first number all the way through to handover. And you’ll be right in the thick of it—not on the sidelines.

You’ll support our cost estimation team on specific projects. That means:

  • Bidding & Estimating: You’ll contribute to the cost estimation of turnkey construction projects and help prepare indicative price quotes.
  • Quantity Surveying: You’ll assist in determining quantities as the basis for cost estimation.
  • Day-to-Day Office Work: You’ll also take on general organizational tasks—because a good team sticks together.

Your Profile

The most important thing to us is that you’re a good fit for the team. In addition, you’ll bring the following to the table:

  • You’re studying civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field.
  • You’re familiar with MS Office—it’s second nature to you.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, and you stay calm even when faced with last-minute changes.
  • You communicate clearly and respectfully—with us, it’s all about the tone.
