Student Employee (m/f/d) in Controlling
Sustainability is a topic truly close to our hearts. We want to play an active role in shaping the construction and real estate world of tomorrow. Through an interdisciplinary task force, we advise the construction and development companies within the List Gruppe or work directly on behalf of our business partners to develop concepts for sustainable construction. We analyze, plan, and compare options; identify the right alternatives to achieve the best solution; and support the implementation process all the way through to quality certification.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on offering the best possible properties. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting with each other as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary exchange among colleagues, and there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us plan more sustainable real estate!

• Initial experience in (project) controlling or accounting is a plus, but not required
• A structured, independent work style with analytical thinking and a strong grasp of numbers
• Initiative and a willingness to learn—you’d rather ask one question too many than one too few
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• An interest in digitalization and AI tools is welcome—no prior knowledge is required
Our team works with you as an equal. And along the way, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience to complement your studies!
