Demolition Site Manager (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
Is demolition your specialty, and do you want to contribute your expertise? Grow with us—the following responsibilities await you here:
- Goal-oriented execution of demolition projects and management of construction site documentation
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations on the construction site and verifying the plausibility of subcontractors’ documentation
- Serving as a competent point of contact for the construction company and subcontractors
- Coordinating construction site operations in consultation with project management
- Involvement in the bidding and contracting process
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely be able to hit the ground running with us:
- Several years of hands-on experience as a foreman or master craftsman in demolition
- Good knowledge of current regulations
- Relevant experience in supervising and managing subcontractors
- An independent, goal-oriented, and cost-conscious approach to work
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany during the week
