Your Responsibilities
You’ll take independent responsibility for the process planning and execution of turnkey data centers—with a special focus on MEP and construction management. As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you’ll ensure on-time and on-budget implementation. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Project Management: Responsibility for the setup, expansion, and optimization of data center infrastructures with a focus on building services
- Management & Coordination: Leading and coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders, specialist planners, and subcontractors
- MEP Technical Planning: Providing technical oversight of the design and construction planning for MEP systems such as cooling, UPS systems, power supply, and air conditioning
- Quality, Cost, and Schedule Management: Ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
- Client Support: Supporting clients during and after project execution, and serving as the point of contact for building owners, specialist engineers, and government agencies
- Network Development: Maintaining and further expanding a network in the data center sector, as well as contributing to the establishment of the new business division at LIST
Your Profile

- A completed degree in the field of building services engineering—utility engineering, electrical engineering, building automation, civil engineering, or comparable fields of study
- Several years of experience in project management and the execution of large-scale projects with a focus on MEP engineering, ideally in the data center segment
- In-depth technical understanding of MEP systems, particularly cooling, power supply, UPS systems, and air conditioning
- Strong customer focus, ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
- Independent thinking, a structured and results-oriented approach to work with high standards of quality
- Willingness to travel for project assignments nationwide
