Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Construction Manager, you’ll take charge of demanding turnkey building construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for ensuring a smooth construction process and on-time completion
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors
- Coordinating with engineers and planners across all trades
- Active involvement in technical clarification and the awarding of subcontractor services
- Ensuring quality standards and adherence to schedules
Your Profile
Are you looking for a new challenge where you can fully utilize your expertise as a Senior Construction Manager? With these qualifications, you’re a perfect fit for us:
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or as a state-certified technician
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the construction management of building projects, ideally in turnkey construction
- A structured and independent work style with a strong focus on finding solutions
- Strong service orientation and a positive, committed attitude
- Willingness to travel during the week
