Your Responsibilities
Do you have a passion for lightweight metal construction and modern facade systems—from insulated facades to panel facades and curtain walls? Then bring your expertise to us! With us, you’ll take on exciting and responsible tasks, such as:
- Representing our interests as a general contractor in dealings with subcontractors, planners, and suppliers
- Managing and monitoring material orders in the field of lightweight metal construction and facade systems
- Coordinating the specialized construction managers on our projects
- Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control
- Providing technical support to our sales team in the development and cost estimation of facade and roofing solutions
Your Profile
Are you a team player who is motivated and ready to fully contribute your skills to new projects? If you have the following experience and knowledge, you’ll be a great fit for us:
- Extensive experience in lightweight metal construction and facade systems—as a project manager, site manager, or planner
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Ideally, experience in industrial and commercial construction
- Motivation and a desire to actively help shape the lightweight metal construction and facade systems division at LIST
- Willingness to travel occasionally during the week
