Project Manager (m/f/d) – Foundation Engineering
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a particularly important role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better properties. Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the technical execution of our projects in collaboration with experts from the Civil Engineering department and external engineering firms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project-specific earthwork and foundation concepts to optimize cost estimates in civil and specialized civil engineering, taking structural requirements into account
- Supporting the definition of civil engineering standards in the foundation sector and developing a BIM ( )
- Advising the sales and project management teams in the contracting construction companies
- Tendering, preparation for contract award, and coordination of special foundation and civil engineering measures
- Establishment and maintenance of networks with subcontractors and external engineering firms
Your Profile
You always keep an eye on customer satisfaction, which stems from your strong service-oriented mindset. The following points round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, geology, or a comparable technical qualification in the field of construction geology, as well as experience in foundation engineering, soil mechanics, or the planning of specialized civil engineering projects
- Knowledge of various foundation types and site investigations, as well as experience in the evaluation and interpretation of geotechnical reports and their soil properties
- Experience in performing soil mechanics calculations
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for knowledge sharing within the team
- An independent, structured, and cost-conscious approach to work
- Willingness to travel to our project sites as needed
