Project Manager (m/f/d) Demolition
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a unique role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize properties throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll take on leadership responsibility for your project team. Together, you’ll lead the project to success. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Reviewing renovation, demolition, and disposal concepts
- Calculating costs and awarding contracts for demolition and renovation work
- Supporting the construction management team in carrying out demolition work
- Coordinating with building owners, authorities, and experts
- Internal cross-departmental coordination and optimization
Your Profile
You always keep an eye on customer satisfaction, thanks to your strong service-oriented mindset. You enjoy working in a team the most. The following points round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geosciences, or several years of practical experience
- In-depth knowledge of demolition, brownfield development, and hazardous material remediation, as well as the preparation of demolition structural analyses
- Proficiency in relevant laws and regulations
- Certification of competence according to TRGS 519, DGUV 101-004, and LAGA PN 98 is desirable
- Market knowledge for optimizing material flow management
- Structured and independent work style, as well as cost awareness
