Project Assistant (m/f/d) for Sustainability in Construction
LIST Bau München is one of the general contractors within the LIST Gruppe. The LIST Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better properties. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is treating everyone as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us with the construction of better real estate!
Your Responsibilities
You’ll be the operational hub between our construction companies and our subsidiary, LIST Eco. You’ll roll up your sleeves, document, follow up, and keep the lines of communication open between the construction site team and the certification process. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be right where the construction is happening. Here’s what you can expect:
- Documentation: You’ll collect and review documentation for building certifications according to DGNB, the EU Taxonomy, and other standards.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining construction site, material, and measurement logs, as well as various reports and proposals, falls within your area of responsibility—including on-site photo documentation.
- Obtaining Signatures: You’ll coordinate material approval lists from the various trades and have them signed.
- Supporting the Construction Site: You implementsustainability requirements directly on-site—for example, reviewing the BE plan, applying labels, and creating and distributing construction site flyers.
- Act as a liaison: You will systematically forward inquiries and feedback between the construction site team and LIST Eco—and ensure that nothing gets lost.
- Identify deviations: You document errors early on and report them to the appropriate departments.
Your Profile
You’re not the type for pure theory—you want to see things get done. And you bring the following to the table:
- A degree or vocational training in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field—career changers are also welcome
- Basic technical understanding of construction processes and site operations
- A meticulous, reliable work ethic—even when the checklist is long
- Basic knowledge of DGNB, EU Taxonomy, or ESG regulations—or the willingness to learn these on your own
- Clear communication and a passion for collaborating with construction site teams, auditors, and internal teams
Sustainability isn’t just a trend—it’s the future of construction. And you can be a part of it. Not just in theory, but right on the construction site.
The future of construction starts with the right people—build your career with LIST!
