Your Responsibilities
Together with us, you’ll make the leap from theory to practice. We’ll decide together exactly what your path looks like—after all, it should be a good fit for you. To start, you’ll support our construction site team and take on tasks related to:
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist engineers
- Quality assurance and schedule monitoring—so everything is in place when it should be
- Participating in technical clarifications and contract awards
Your Profile
You already have—or will soon have—a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering. You also bring the following to the table:
- A desire for hands-on experience and initial experience on the construction site
- A structured, independent work style (with a clear overview, even when things get hectic on the construction site)
- A positive attitude and a genuine team player
- Willingness to travel extensively during the week and a love for discovering new places
