Your Responsibilities

Do you love numbers, enjoy working in a structured way, and have an eye for detail? Perfect—with us, you’ll take on a central role in payroll accounting and ensure that everything runs smoothly. The following tasks await you:

• Preparing and processing monthly payroll
• Point of contact for payroll-related questions for managers, employees, and external parties
• Handling reporting and certification procedures
• Support and advice regarding our benefits
• Preparing reports and statistics
• Preparation of employment references

Your Profile

Personal responsibility, reliability, and a knack for working with people—these are the qualities we’re looking for. If you have the following experience and skills, you’re the perfect fit for us:

• Completed commercial training, e.g., Office Management Assistant, Human Resources Services Specialist, or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Ideally, some initial exposure to financial accounting
• A structured and independent work style
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and empathetic
