Engineer as Project Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a unique role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll take on leadership responsibility for your project team. Together, you’ll lead the project to success. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Project management for earthworks, civil engineering, and road construction
- Management and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
- Independent cost estimation, tendering, and awarding of civil engineering contracts
- Supporting quality, schedule, and cost control of subcontractor services
Your Profile
You always keep an eye on customer satisfaction, which stems from your strong service orientation. The following points round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or infrastructure management, or a completed master craftsman or technician training program
- Several years of professional experience in planning, tendering, awarding contracts, and cost estimation in civil engineering
- A structured and independent work style, as well as cost awareness
- Proficiency in the software relevant to your field of work
- Enjoy working in project teams
