Division Manager (m/f/d) Data Center Construction
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Drawing on our technical and market expertise, we make the right decisions at the right time. This allows us to ensure short lines of communication.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors, as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better properties. Your Responsibilities
Data centers are one of the most exciting growth markets in Construction. Complex, demanding, fast-paced. At LIST, we are actively expanding this division—as a division manager, you will take responsibility for people, projects, and strategy:
- Team building & personnel management: Disciplinary leadership and targeted team development—identifying potential, fostering talent, and driving growth
- Managing resources & projects: Evaluating new projects, resource planning, and resource allocation
- Project support: Assisting project managers in client communication, participating in client meetings
- Ensuring legal clarity: Resolving legal matters such as notices of impediment and default
- Staying closely involved: Monthly project meetings, regular stand-ups, and site visits
Your Profile
You have already taken on responsibility—for projects, for teams, for results. And you know that good leadership is no accident:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in construction or engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the execution or management of data center projects
- Proven leadership experience: team leadership and development
- Confident demeanor and diplomatic skills—when dealing with clients, partners, and your own team
- Decisive, engaging, with technical and business acumen
