Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a unique role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning at Service Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
You’ll be part of the Civil Engineering department—covering everything from demolition and foundation work to earthworks, civil engineering, and road construction. The team consists of planners and project managers. As the link between planning and execution, you’ll implement civil engineering plans and tenders on-site and, as a civil engineering site manager, represent your team’s interests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing our interests as the general contractor vis-à-vis clients and subcontractors
- Supporting the building construction management team with civil engineering trades and services during the execution phase
- Responsibility for monitoring quality, schedule, and costs on construction sites, implementing our civil engineering plans, and advising colleagues
- Participating in the planning, tendering, and awarding of civil engineering trades and services
- Contributing to process optimization at the interface between the construction site, cost estimation, tendering, and planning
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely be able to hit the ground running with us:
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, or certification as a master craftsman, construction technician, or foreman in civil engineering, ideally with several years of professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the technical, organizational, and financial management of civil engineering projects
- A responsible and independent work style, as well as a results- and cost-oriented approach
- Confidence in negotiations and a professional demeanor when dealing with business partners
- A high degree of dedication, flexibility, and commitment
