Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a particularly important role for both investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning from Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!

Your Responsibilities
Is the field of specialized planning your area of expertise, and would you like to contribute your know-how? Grow with us—the following responsibilities await you:
- Development of conceptual, design, and construction plans
- Coordination with clients, authorities, and internal and external specialist planners
- Assisting with the calculation of civil engineering services
- Assisting in the preparation of bill of quantities
- Developing standardized design details for civil engineering
Your Profile
Are you a true team player ready for a new challenge that will allow you to fully utilize your strengths? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll definitely be able to hit the ground running with us:
- A degree in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, transportation planning, water resources management, or landscape architecture, or a completed master craftsman or technician training program
- Several years of professional experience in design, permitting, and construction planning
- Ideally, experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in civil engineering, outdoor facilities, and drainage planning
- Open communication, a strong work ethic, and a passion for your work
