Estimator (m/f/d) Residential Construction
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Drawing on our technical and market expertise, we make the right decisions at the right time. This enables us to ensure short lines of communication.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors, as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers, and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:
- Developing special proposals and alternatives for technical and economic optimization
- Submitting price inquiries to our subcontractors and suppliers and assisting with contract award negotiations
- Preparing the necessary specifications and maintaining cost estimation data
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry
- Strong aptitude for numbers and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in using quantity take-off and cost estimation tools, ideally RIB iTWO
- A high level of technical understanding
