BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the team in the digital planning and execution of our projects using BIM. In this role, you’ll take on the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating the 3D models of all disciplines within the projects
- Recording and monitoring necessary corrections in coordination with the respective project team
- Serving as the point of contact for project stakeholders, for example regarding the BIM-enabled project environment (CDE)
- Continuously evaluating and expanding new BIM standards
Your Profile
Are you a true team player and ready for a new challenge where you can fully utilize your strengths? You can get started with us if you have the following experience and knowledge:
- Completed training as a architectural draftsman or equivalent
- Knowledge of BIM methodology and proficiency with BIM coordination tools are a plus
- An affinity for model-based design
- Strong interest in new solutions using modern IT applications
- Enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills
