Architect (m/f/d) – Design and Construction Planning
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. All with a focus on delivering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!

Your Responsibilities
Do you enjoy working closely with the project implementation teams and the planning team, and do you have the necessary tact to lead everyone to success together? You’ll also enjoy the following tasks:
- Design and construction planning in building construction
- Development of BIM models for bidding and construction
- Independent development of construction details
- Coordinating external specialty planners
- Supporting the sales department
Your Profile
Do you always keep the big picture in mind while still having an eye for detail? You can help our team move forward with the following skills and experience:
- A successfully completed degree in architecture
- Ideally, at least five years of professional experience in the planning processes of HOAI service phases 1–5
- Ideally, knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad or comparable software
- Enthusiasm for 3D modeling and openness to new, digital solutions
- You’re a team player, pragmatic, and well-organized
